About Adele

Adele is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property department at Holden Smith Law. Adele joined the firm in January 2026 and will specialise in all things commercial property, including sales and purchases, refinances, and Landlord and Tenant Act matters such as new leases, renewal leases, assignments and underlettings. Adele will also work closely alongside her corporate colleagues, assisting in commercial property aspects of company sales and purchases.

Adele has more than 7 years’ experience working within the commercial property sector.

Adele obtained her Law degree from Sheffield Hallam University and secured a paralegal role within her local town firm in their residential department. Adele soon commenced the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University, whilst moving on to a city law firm to practice commercial property. Adele went on to secure her training contract and qualified as a solicitor on 1st August 2021 and continued her practice in the city for the subsequent years.

Following a recent relocation and with a view to building up a more local network, Adele was keen to work within her new hometown whilst continuing to practice commercial property.
