Holden Smith welcomes Paul Phillips as Head of Litigation

We are delighted to welcome Paul Phillips as Head of our new Litigation team at Holden Smith.

Paul joins the firm following previous roles as litigation manager at national and international legal firms and will be based at our Horsforth office covering the whole of Yorkshire and the North West.

His focus will be civil litigation cases for individuals and businesses including contract disputes, financial claims, personal injury claims, and criminal injury cases.
