Description

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years' PQE to join our growing property team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to be part of a supportive, approachable and ambitious team. The role will involve managing a varied and diverse commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and development transactions.

The successful candidate will also handle residential property transactions for limited companies, including purchases, sales, refinancing and buy-to-let matters, so a good general understanding of residential conveyancing would be helpful.

We would love to hear from someone who:

  • Has at least three years' PQE;

  • Has strong commercial property experience;

  • Has a general understanding of residential property transactions involving limited companies;

  • Is confident managing their own caseload;

  • Has excellent drafting, communication and client care skills; and

  • Brings a practical, positive and commercially focused approach.
