About Stephanie
Stephanie joined the firm in 2025 as a Conveyancing Executive based in our Manchester city centre office.
Stephanie works within the Conveyancing department, specialising in residential conveyancing matters, assisting clients from inception to completion, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible. Communication is vital to ensure clients are kept up to date and that each step of the process is explained in simple terms.
Stephanie has experience in dealing with Freehold and Leasehold house purchases, Leasehold flat transactions including Building Safety Act matters, Management Company sales and purchases, Right to Buy matters, Shared Ownership and Staircasing, Unregistered properties, Deeds of Variations and residential Buy to Lets.
She has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience and would be delighted to assist you in your next sale or purchase.
Stephanie completed her law degree at the University College Cork, graduating with a 2:1 in 2013.
She has spent her conveyancing career working at a specialist conveyancing firm where she gained considerable knowledge and experience before joining the Holden Smith team.
