About Ryanne

I am the Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department at Holden Smith.

I joined the firm in 2021 and have progressed from a Conveyancer to Head of Residential Conveyancing.

Holden Smith truly values and rewards internal growth and I’m proud to be a testament to the firm’s commitment to recognising talent, hard work and progression from within.

I am within the Residential Conveyancing Department at Holden Smith, where I lead a fantastic team dedicated to helping our clients through one of the most important milestones in their lives,  getting the keys to their new home.

I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing such as Freehold, Leasehold, Shared Ownership, Right to Buys and New Build along with the more technical aspects such as Deed of Variations & Bridging Finance.

I have worked in Law since 2013 and began assisting in several departments, so I have experience in Wills, Probate and Commercial before settling into residential Conveyancing in 2015.

I actually have a degree in Journalism but after falling into Law as soon as I graduated, I have worked my way up within the industry and not looked back.

Before joining Holden Smith Law, I worked for several years at one of the biggest firms in Yorkshire and I have also worked in several smaller firms, gaining a mass variety of knowledge and experience both locally and nationally.
