About Romana

Romana is a Solicitor in the Family Department and joined Holden Smith in January 2026.

Romana specialises in private family law matters, namely:

• Financial consent orders

• Contested finances

• Private child arrangements

• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

• Cohabitation and separation agreements

Romana studied Law at the University of Huddersfield, and she studied her LPC at the University of Law. Throughout her studies Romana also worked part time.

Prior to Holden Smith Romana worked at a boutique law firm from October 2023 up until December 2025 where she completed her training contract. At this firm she not only dealt with Family matters but also gained hands on experience in Personal Injury cases alongside. Upon qualifying as a Solicitor Romana decided to specialise solely in Family Law and joined Holden Smith.
