About Lauren
Lauren is a Trainee Solicitor working in our residential conveyancing department. She joined Holden Smith in 2021.
Lauren can assist with the following areas of residential conveyancing:
Leasehold and Freehold sales and purchases
remortgages
transfer of equity
newbuild purchases
Lauren undertook her Master of Law and Practice (MLP) at the University of Huddersfield and graduated in 2019. She then went on to start her legal career in residential property at a boutique law firm in Wakefield, working in post-completion and dealing with property registration.
