About Katie

Katie is the manager at the Elland office at Holden Smith and also works within the residential property department. She joined the firm shortly after it was established in 2019.

Katie regularly assists clients with:

  • Remortgages for residential/buy-to-let properties

  • Residential sales and purchases (Leasehold, Freehold, Shared Ownership, and New Build)

  • Transfer of Equity

Katie studied in Leeds and qualified as a Legal Executive through CILEx. She is currently qualified as FCILEx (Fellow).
