About Jade

Jade is a conveyancing executive for Holden Smith Law, working in the residential conveyancing department. Jade joined the firm in 2026.

Jade can assist with residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Jade started off working for a High Street Law firm as a receptionist and quickly moved into the post completion team after showing an interest in residential conveyancing. From there, Jade progressed to becoming a conveyancing assistant, working closely alongside a conveyancer undertaking the day to day conveyancing tasks. Jade has since become a fee earner taking on her own residential conveyancing files whilst studying her CLC and hopes to become a licenced conveyancer in the near future.
