About David

David is a Director and co-founder of Holden Smith Law, established in 2019. He began his legal career in 2002, specialising in residential property, and has since built extensive experience across both national and regional law firms, holding several senior leadership roles.

In 2006, David became one of the youngest department managers within a UK law firm. He has developed strong, long-standing relationships across the UK property sector and is known for his practical, client-focused approach. David takes pride in understanding his clients’ needs and delivering effective results in a clear, comprehensive, and approachable manner.
