About Damaride

Damaride joined Holden Smith in 2022 and became a Trainee Solicitor.

She has completed her first seat in the Wills & Probate Department and is currently working her second seat in the Property and Compliance Department.

Damaride can assist clients in:

  • Writing of Will

  • Drafting and registering of Lasting Power of Attorney

  • Sale and Purchase of Property

  • Remortgage and Transfer of Equity

  • Fluently speaking and advising all the above in Italian

  • Translating legal documents from Italian to English and vice versa

Damaride began her legal journey in Italy, where she obtained a 5-year Master's Degree in Law at the University of Sannio.

Then she attended the Scuola of Specializzazione at the University of Naples “Suor Orsola Benincasa” to specialise in advanced advocacy. Furthermore, Damaride studied at Leeds Beckett University, completing her Master of Law and  Legal Practice Course.

Before joining Holden Smith Law, she volunteered for the Witness Service at Leeds Magistrates Court and worked several years at another high-street law firm in Wakefield.
