About Brittany
Brittany is a Solicitor and the Branch Manager at our Manchester office.
Brittany joined Holden Smith in January 2021 on the SQE apprenticeship. Brittany has since qualified as a solicitor and been involved in our expansion into Manchester.
Brittany works within the corporate and commercial team.
Brittany handles a wide range of transactions, including company restructuring, share / business sales, shareholders’ agreements, and can also manage the property aspects of these commercial transactions.
Whilst Brittany enjoys working as part of a team on large complex transactions, she has an affinity for working on transactions involving small businesses, as she finds it rewarding to support their growth and success through tailored legal solutions.
Brittany attended the University of Law for both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
Brittany was one of the first in the country to qualify as a solicitor under the SQE route and featured in an article at The Yorkshire Post and Yorkshire Legal News.
