Holden Smith is taking part in Free Wills Month 2026

Having a Will in place is one of the most important things you can do to make sure your wishes are known and help give you and your loved one’s peace of mind for the future.

That’s why for the month of October 2026, the Private Client team at Holden Smith law are taking part in the national Free Wills month.

The month, which is ran across the UK, allows law firms to partner with leading charities and allow people to write or edit their wills free of charge. The campaign, which is funded by the charities, is used to encourage individuals to leave a gift in their will to one or more of the charities taking part in the campaign.

To be eligible for a free will, you must be over the age of 55 and be living within the England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
