About Alex

Alex is a Private Client Executive at Holden Smith Law based within the Huddersfield office. Alex joined Holden Smith following the closure of WB Pennine Solicitors in Penistone in February 2026.

Alex has a wide range of experience handling wills & probate matters, including:

• Will writing (simple, mirror and trust)

• Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

• Trusts

• Estate planning advice

• Grant of probate

• Estate administration

• Inheritance tax planning

• Deed drafting

Alex graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws. He is currently studying for a Master's in Law with the University of Law and is due to complete his studies in July 2026.
